The work is based upon a series of photographs that focus on the qualities
of machinery by looking at shape, surface and composition.
This is then reflected in the large scale mixed-media wall-based pieces.
The aim is to create a surface using a variety of mediums that form
a response to the qualities in the photographs and combine this
with drawing to produce a creative interpretation.
